Your day at a glance
Departure & National Park registration
Hotel pick-up in Puerto Villamil and transfer to El Cura station for National Park registration before traveling to Sierra Negra’s crater.
Sierra Negra Volcano
Begin a guided hike inside the caldera of one of the most active volcanoes in the Galápagos, with a 10 km-wide crater and impressive volcanic scenery.
Sulfur Mines
Discover bright yellow sulfur deposits formed by volcanic gases from active fumaroles and fissures in a surreal geothermal landscape.
Return to Puerto Villamil
Return to town with a brief stop at a local farm before arriving back in Puerto Villamil.
