What types of tours and cruises do you offer?
We offer a wide range of experiences – from multi-day yacht cruises across multiple islands to day trips (eg, to Bartolomé, Seymour, Pinzón).
How far in advance should I book?
Tours and cruises in the Galápagos Islands are subject to limited availability and strict regulations. We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance —especially during peak season—to secure your preferred itinerary. However, we have often last minute offers available.
What’s included in the price?
Prices typically include onboard accommodation, meals, guided excursions , and transfers, as specified in each itinerary. National park entrance fees and Optional extras (eg, special equipment, gratuities, additional services) are excluded.
Is there a maximum age or fitness requirement?
Some hikes or excursions may requirea moderate level of fitness(uneven terrain, stairs, hiking). Most tours are family-friendly, but please check the individual itinerary—some are more strenuous than others.
Can I customize or combine tour packages?
Yes and no. Most cruises are subject to strict regulations imposed by the Galápagos National Park. However, if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, simply contact us.
What languages do your tour guides speak?
Our guides speak Spanish and English.
What wildlife can I expect to see?
On a typical trip, you’ll encounter species endemic to the Galápagos Islands , suchas giant tortoises, marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies, sea lions, Darwin’s finches, and many more.
What should I pack/bring on the tour?
Essential items include:sun protection(hat, sunscreen),sturdy hiking shoes,swimwear,light clothing in layers,insect repellent,binoculars,a camera,a reusable water bottle, andpersonal medication.
How and when will I receive my booking confirmation?
After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 24 hoursvia email. Detailed instructions, vouchers, and travel documents will follow shortly before departure.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Due to the strict regulations and logistics of the Galápagos National Park, cancellation policies are often restrictive. Partial refunds may be possible depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please always read the terms and conditions of your specific tour before booking.
