Our Story

Our passion for the Galápagos Islands began over 10 years ago with a physical office and the dream of founding an agency on the island of Santa Cruz that would welcome travelers and accompany them as they discovered this unique paradise. Since then, every experience has filled us with gratitude and motivated us to continue growing. This path also led us to offer Galapagos travel online from Switzerland, in order to be even closer to our customers around the world and give them the opportunity to plan their trips directly and transparently – no matter where they contact us from. We have made it this far thanks to the commitment of every local partner, guide, operator, and team member who is part of this project—but also thanks to the trust of every traveler who has chosen us, visited us again, or recommended us to others. At Galapagos Trails, we put our heart and soul into our work. Our greatest concern is that every traveler experiences their adventure with the same passion with which we work to make it possible.
